Toppings and Variations: The variations for nacho toppings are endless! On pulled pork nachos, we like red onions, jalapeños, and fresh red peppers with a squeeze of lime juice.

Pulled Pork Nachos

Get the party started with these delicious pulled pork nachos.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Toss drained pork with ¼ cup barbecue sauce and set aside.

  • Meanwhile, spread tortilla chips on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with half the cheese, pork mixture, half the onion, and remaining cheese. Drizzle the remaining barbecue sauce over the top and add the jalapeño slices and remaining onion.

  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with additional desired toppings. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.

Pre-shredded cheese mixes work well for nachos.
Flavored tortilla chips (like Doritos) are not recommended. Do not use thin cantina-style chips.
