  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Toss drained pork with ¼ cup barbecue sauce and set aside.

  • Meanwhile, spread tortilla chips on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with half the cheese, pork mixture, half the onion, and remaining cheese. Drizzle the remaining barbecue sauce over the top and add the jalapeño slices and remaining onion.
